Don't Throw Those Bananas Away

Crystal says "Don't throw those bananas away" just because they look brown, have brown spots, are super soft, or are just yucky! Throw them with the peel off into a zip lock bag and freeze them. When you are ready to make banana bread, take them out and let them defrost on the counter or put them in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Voila, bananas that are ready for making bread or muffins. Add some chocolate chips and nuts into those muffins too!

If you don't want to freeze, throw them into your blender with yogurt and some milk and make a smoothie.
