Giblets and Gravy









Hi there,
Thanksgiving is coming fast! Making a turkey for my sick pregnant friend, so I took out the giblets and remembered, "My husband is from the south, he would love the giblets". So I cooked them in butter and served him (without the gravy and biscuits though!)

    Just a bit of butter in the pan, salt and pepper, and you are good to go as Raschael Ray would say! Would you eat this? My husband did.
