And I mean the best, it is the topping:
From a book we have called easy desserts:
1 stick butter-melt
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
mix together and put over 5 cups of apples.
We double the recipe for the topping because we love the crunch.
